[classy=apptitle]Personality[/classy][classy=appinfo] According to Glasgow, saving people isn't usually as rewarding as hurting them. Of course she has medical experience with healing herself (and other people if she's in a good mood), most of her medical practices revolve around doctoring people. Sometimes it's for improvement, other times not so much.
Glasgow is mildly introverted, usually uninterested in foreign affairs or trends. Anything that isn't happening around her she could care less for. She's a very imprudent "doctor" as well, willing to turn even the daughter of the supreme galactic overlord inside-out. There is no such thing as a supreme galactic overlord, but if there was and he had a daughter, Glasgow would totally make her skin about as strong as a paper towel. Something equally as bad about her is how she's disloyal. She could have saved a bunch of puppies from a river and played with them yesterday, she'd cut them in half if somebody paid her to. That's kind of a bad example, Glasgow doesn't really care much for puppies anyways and won't be killing or saving them anytime soon. She's also indifferent, usually failing to show sympathy for other people. Go cry on her shoulder about your cliche life, and she'll be too busy doing something while you whine like a sad puppy. She could be writing a letter, reading a book, or watching something while you're quietly sobbing to yourself in the background. She maybe glanced at you one time. To top it all off, Glasgow is a distant person, usually dealing with her emotional problems (in case you thought she was as emotional as a trash can) by herself and uninterested in other people's support. If she's sobbing to herself quietly in the background then nobody will be reading a book or writing a letter only a few feet away from her.
Despite there being so many things wrong with Glasgow, she does have some good traits going on. She's abnormally stoic
There are lots of things she likes. She enjoys literature and being cryptic. Other people probably don't like her being cryptic, but that doesn't matter much to her. She likes to eat healthy, usually rejecting unhealthy junk foods or substances (she's very content with other people eating or being injected with unhealthy substances though). She likes a lot of music, be it jazz or even orchestral, as well as other genres too. Despite being a total sadomasochist and subtle lunatic, she does a very good job of acting normal and even somewhat boring.
She tends to keep to herself, she'd probably pass right by her best friend without even looking at them if they didn't try to get her attention. Despite that, Glasgow does pay attention to her surroundings, only choosing to remain aloof unless necessary not to be.
Glasgow absolutely hates dogs that are even mildly annoying. She much prefers cats, even though her soft-spot for animals is almost non-existent. Most stuff she doesn't care about, it's all about the science and blah blah blah. Doing her job is what she loves, and to her her job is to kill people with science. Or alter people with it, whichever comes. When it's not that, she likes the thrill of combat and writing stories (if you're looking for an explanation on how writing can get her excited, good luck with that). Composing literature is about as thrilling as science. The same may be applied to painting and drawing, although that's not as common of a hobby for her. She doesn't have scorn for a lot of things in the world, but then again she doesn't care about many things to begin with.
[/classy][classy=apptitle]Skills/Weapons[/classy][classy=appinfo]
MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE. She's not a very good doctor, but she can get the job done. She doesn't do brain transplants and arm replacements daily, but she can perform those with a rather mediocre ability if she has the tools to do so. She's not sitting in a hospital saving the lives of innocent people for a reason.
Vale Tudo. Glasgow doesn't have enough abstinence in her to follow guidelines of a specific style of fighting, so she much prefers to do whatever she wants to turn her opponent into a rag doll. Vale Tudo means "anything goes" as a martial art (if you can call it that). In fact, you'll find her to be a very honorable fighter mostly due to her desire to see how well somebody fights and blah blah blah, she would love to drag out a fight for the fun of it unless somebody is just that agitating or dirty of a fighter.
Gymnastic Talent. Without this your fighting style isn't as flashy and intimidating as it should be, she has come to believe. It also helps in combat, too, with her seasoned agility she can use to disarm her opponent and then beat to a pulp while doing fancy flips to show off. It also helps to dodge those bullets that everybody and their moms use nowadays.
PRACTICAL SYRINGE DISPENSER. A dispenser. Dispensing syringes into your face, that is. Depending on what she decided to load it with, the ammunition used in her weapon is meant to either kill you painfully or heal you just as painfully. The design of the weapon is identical to an M16 assault rifle, although it's anatomy is necessarily different. The barrel is wider to be able to pass a healthy syringe through, as well as an innate metal box on the side of it to house it's loaded clip. A gun designed to fire syringes might be a little impractical at first, but the firepower is enough to shoot out a big needle of pain at around 200 MPH. It starts to drop earlier than a regular bullet due to it's weight, so it takes practice to learn how to make it arch perfectly to stick into the forehead of your enemies. Upon a successful hit, whatever is in that syringe is likely to explore your body. It's range depends on how high you shoot, because while in close-quarters the accuracy is perfect you'll have to deal with the drop-rate at medium and long ranges.
OBSIDIAN KNUCKLEDUSTERS. A pair of knuckledusters made out of volcanic glass because sometimes you want to be swanky. It has a small spike on each bump in it to add more pain to her punches. Her obsidian glass is about as good as regular metal, there's no reason to have it made out of this material other than you just want to have knuckledusters forged in the fires of a volcano to slay your enemies with great vengeance and determination. I dunno, it's exactly like a pair of regular brass knuckles.
MONO RACER. You can't punch people in the face with a ship (although that would be really cool), but you can't get where you want to go as fast as you can with your fists either. Her ship has one laser gun and an installment of missiles with it, in case she does have to fight an aerial battle. This is mostly for travel, though, and not combat.
[/classy][classy=apptitle]History[/classy][classy=appinfo]Born on Earth, and raised by her two parents. Her dad a useless man and a drunkard who usually broke stuff on accident. Her mom was a doctor, although Earth wasn't the best place to get a medical degree. She was no trustworthy surgeon anymore or a master of the healing arts, but she was a content teacher to her daughter. Glasgow never did realize why her mom kept her father around despite him doing nothing and getting very little portion. She's one of the average ones who had no problem in their childhood other than being a kid, other than the rock showers limiting her fun and the shady people she learned from outside in the world (who didn't get hit by a rock falling from the sky).
She quickly got into her line of work during her late teens. You think a young girl will have a little trouble with harassment and perversion, but Glasgow became adroit at a young age. She was still a brat in her teen years, but by the time she turned seventeen mostly anybody in her weight class or around it could be taken down. And so she had eventually found herself doing the job she still does, which is a freelance nurse, or doctor, or surgeon depending on the situation. She didn't have a very good influence as a child from her friends and dad, obviously. Outlaws and such who obviously couldn't just go land on mars and waltz into the hospital for a check up without having twenty bounty hunters all over their ass employed Glasgow to make sure they weren't going to die a slow and morbid death. Being around criminals all the time in order to make a living eventually rotted her a considerable amount, and eventually she was dealing with bounty hunters herself. Not that she had a bounty, but the people she was nursing had some trouble brought along. Eventually she tailored a gun for herself with the help of some questionable friends, and started using that against the enemies of her clients.
At this point, she only goes by The Doctor with her clients, for obvious reasons. She keep a low profile, despite her alias being well known by many good or bad people of all kinds. It all started with them just calling her by her occupation since they didn't know her name, and it started to grow on her. She's had good and bad experiences on the job, but at the end of each day she's either happy or content.
You might see 'THE DOCTOR' pop up on the list of bounties with an extremely vague description for a day or two, but it's usually gone by the week's passing. Most of her spoils were earned through her work, and she has no intention of ceasing her occupation anytime soon.
On the job, she usually obscured her face and changes hairstyle to throw off people who might be able to try and get a good look at her.
